Saturday's the big day, and this year Fan Expo felt like it was bursting at the seams with people on the show floor, and we were excited to see it.
Even though full to bursting floors mean it's harder to stop people to see their amazing costumes, it also means there's lots more people to catch, and we gave it the ol' college try in between panels and events to make sure you could see everyone in their nerdy finest.
